Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the My-Store app for ChatGPT (the “App”) handles your data. The App lets a merchant create and manage their My-Store online store from inside ChatGPT. It connects ChatGPT to your existing My-Store account (api.my-store.ai).

What we access

• Account authentication — when you sign in, we verify your credentials against My-Store and store a session that lets the App act on your behalf. Your password is entered on the My-Store sign-in page and is never shared with ChatGPT or stored by the App.
• Store data — to fulfil your requests, the App reads and writes your store’s products, orders, notifications and settings through the My-Store API.

What we store

• An OAuth session containing a My-Store access/refresh token, so the App can call the My-Store API for you.
• Short-lived authorization codes and app tokens used by the OAuth flow.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your store data for advertising.

How data is used

Solely to perform the actions you request in ChatGPT (e.g. add a product, view orders). Data flows between ChatGPT, this App, and the My-Store API only to complete those actions.

Retention & deletion

Sessions persist until you disconnect the connector in ChatGPT or your tokens expire. Disconnecting the connector revokes the App’s access. To delete your store data, use My-Store account controls or email us.

Third parties

The App communicates with OpenAI/ChatGPT (the host) and the My-Store backend. Their respective privacy terms also apply.
